EXPO 1520 is a unique exhibition of railway equipment and technology in the wide-gauge area and the only fair in Europe that has a strategic importance for the railway sector development in Russia and for enhancing international relations.

EXPO 1520 is a modern interaction platform for meetings of railway business leaders, communication of experts, manufactures’ presentations, signing ontracts with foreign partners; it is the largest venue featuring over 8,000 square meters of exhibition space, about 150 full-scale specimens of equipment, a fascinating dynamic show, sector conferences and a variety of exciting events for guests and visitors with children.

This year’s Fair has a particularly extensive program to meet the demands of both guests of the highest rank and the general public.

In 2015, the event brought together over 700 companies from 29 states worldwide. More than 2,000 specialists participated in the business program. The fair was attended by 25,000 people, including official delegations of the largest countries in the world, government representatives and heads of relevant ministries both from Russia and abroad. At least 17 strategically important agreements were signed at the official ceremony, which takes EXPO 1520 Fair to the new, highest level.
